Maltby boxer caged for six years for killing Dinnington dad-of-three
Maltby boxer Daniel Gerrard has been jailed for six years for the manslaughter of Dinnington dad Rob Hurdley.
Gerrard, 30, of Highfield Park admitted manslaughter at Sheffield Crown Court yesterday (Tuesday).
Rob, 45, suffered a serious head and neck injury in the incident at the Don Jon Pub in Maltby at around 10pm on Sunday 14th October last year.
He was pronounced dead on his arrival at Rotherham Hospital.
