M1 smash causing traffic delays of over an hour in Derbyshire
A crash on the M1 motorway is causing tailbacks and long traffic delays in Derbyshire.

Highways England say the incident has taken place on the M1 northbound between junctions J30 and J31.
However their on-line map shows north-bound traffic stationary as far south as junction 29A near Markham Vale and Bolsover
They are warning motorists of potential delays of up to an hour before the incident clears
The carriageway is closed at Woodall services and all traffic is being diverted through the services.
