Carlton, Costhorpe and Langold will be boosted as plans to invest £1 million in the area make progress.
The money, allocated via the Lottery’s Big Local scheme, was awarded in March last year.
A team has since been engaging the community to work out how to spend the money.
Team member Ray Dernie said: “We’ve been spending our time going round collecting suggestions, with the general idea to improve the area.”
Chairman Marcus Wichmann added: “We’ve had a real diverse range of ideas.
“We’re about to start recruiting people to the partnership. There will be 12 resident places - four for each village - with other seats for organisations in the area.
“We have 10 years to spend the money, and want to use it well. In the short term we want to see a real improvement to some of the areas and groups in the village, but in the long term we want to have an impact on the culture and mentality of the villages, allowing people to do more than ever before, and giving people the opportunity to really love where they live and love their lives.
