Jake Brumby, 23, of Coningsby Close, Gainsborough. Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with six points.

Sandra Hildred, 59, of Turpin Close, Gainsborough. Speeding. Fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Craig Newton, 28, of Boundary Street, Lincoln. Driving without an insurance policy. Fined £120, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for six months. Also fined £40 for driving while using a hand held mobile phone.

Milan Enache, 43, of Archer Street, Lincoln. Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for six months.

THEFT

Susan Wasley, 42, of Whites Wood Lane, Gainsborough. Stole bottles of shampoo. Fined £60, £17.93 compensation, £30 victim surcharge and £43 costs.

Mark Turner, 31, of Dunstall Walk, Gainsborough. Resisted a police constable. Fined £95, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lewis Webb, 23, of Holme Walk, Gainsborough. Resisted a police constable. Discharged conditionally for two months and £20 victim surcharge.

Kestutis Kriksciunas, 29, of Lindon Terrace, Gainsborough. Took a mobile phone into a prison. Committed to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.
