Sarah Jane Fisher, 38, of Iris Crescent, Lincoln. Driving under the influence of alcohol. Community order made, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Joseph Clifford Toyne, 25, of Monks Road, Lincoln. Driving under the influence of alcohol. Fined £400, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and banned from driving for 17 months.

Grant Kenyeres, 27, of Monks Road, Lincoln. Driving under the influence of alcohol. Fined 130, £20 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 46 months.

Emma Jayne Saunders, 31, of St Peters Avenue, Lincoln. Used a vehicle without insurance. Fined £150, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from obtaining a driving licence for seven days.

ASSAULT

Leanne Sarah McGrath, 31, of Rosewood Close, Lincoln. Assaulted a PC in the execution of her duty. Community order made and £60 victim surcharge.

Ricky Leigh Lynch, 28, of Anzio Close, Lincoln. Assault. Community order made with a one month curfew from 8pm and 6am, £25 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Mark Rees, 53, of Holly Street, Lincoln. Assault. Fined £75, £20 victim surcharge and £30 costs.

THEFT

Anthony Craig Smith, 36, of Ashby Avenue, Lincoln. Stole beer to the value of £6.76. Detained in the courthouse.

Adam Wolak, 38, of Portland Street, Lincoln. Stole a pair of boots to the value of £30. Discharged conditionally for six months and £15 victim surcharge.

OTHER

Emma Jane Goulding, 32, of Waterworks Street, Gainsborough. Breached an interim ASBO by entering a prohibited shop. Fined £25 and £20 victim surcharge.
