Mark Hushion, 35, of Acacia Avenue, Gainsborough. Assault. Fined £1,665, £120 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MOTORING

Denise Bride, 38, of Burton Road, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle after consuming alcohol. Fined £400, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for 20 months.

Scott Matthew Evans, 26, of Chaucer Drive, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle after consuming alcohol. Fined £350, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for 16 months.

Aidan Richard Sherry, 63, of Newark Road, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge, £350 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

THEFT

Paul Alan Porter, 51, of Stamp End, Lincoln. Entered as a trespasser and stole copper piping. Community order made, 120 hours unpaid work and £350 compensation.

Luiza Jayne Childs, 35, of Dunholme Court, Lincoln. Theft of number of items including fragrances, meat and laundry products. Community order made and £45 compensation.

Saulius Ciuzas, 42, of Drake Street, Lincoln. Theft of cheese. Community order made, 120 hours unpaid work and £65 compensation.

Jamie Locmelis, 29, of Ripon Street, Lincoln. Theft of wine. Fined £160, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
