Mark Phillip Taylor, 38, of no fixed abode. Stole £1,360.81 from another person. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, £1,360.81 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ian Andrew Robinson, 45, of Nocton Drive, Lincoln. Stole bike lights and a handbag. Committed to prison for 12 weeks and £109 compensation.

Daniel Robert Curtis Taylor, 22, of Beaumont Fee, Lincoln. Stole trainers. Dicharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Paul John Barbadyn, 44, of Laurel Close, Lincoln. Stole television amplifier. Fined £75 and £20 victim surcharge.

Bradley Phillip Taylor, 23, of Hamilton Road, Lincoln. Stole vacuum cleaners. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, fined £110 and £35 victim surcharge.


Aleksandr Buinickij, 37, of Oakfield Street, Lincoln. Assaulted two different people. Fined£180, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Harry Haworth Richardson, 48, of Torringhton Road, Lincoln. Assault. Committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for two years, 200 hours unpaid work over 12 months, restraining order made, £80 victim surcharge and £400 costs.

Luke Nathan Parkes, 26, of Goodwood Way, Lincoln. Fined £165, £200 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.


Fay Guest, 37, of Turner Avenue, Lincoln. Driving under the influence of alcohol. Fined £110 and disqulaified for 14 months.


Samantha Williams, 45, of Norton Road, Glentham. Breached a domestic violence protection order. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge and detained in the courthouse.
