Kevin James Pearson, 31, of St Rumbolds Street, Lincoln. Stole a bottle of vodka to the value of £19. Discharged conditionally for 24 months and £20 victim surcharge.

Arunas Zemeckis, 37, of Drake Street, Lincoln. Stole six bottles of Ferrero Rocher to the value of £27. Fined £80, £27 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MOTORING

Andrew William Sherriff, 47, of Gordon Street, Gainsborough. Drove a vehicle without a driving licence. Community order made, three month curfew between the hours of 7pm and 7am, £60 victim surcharge, £40 costs and disqualfied from driving for 12 months.

Algis Cervinskas, 50, of Avondale Street, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle after consuming alcohol. Fined £400, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for 20 months.

Stuart John Reid, 39, of Holdenby Road, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle over the 30mph speed limit. Fined £115, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence was endorsed with three points.

Nicholas Victor Capon, 47, of Hykeham Road, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle while using a hand held mobile phone. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

OTHER

Scott Kenneth Robertson, 42, of Dickenson Terrace, Gainsborough. Used threatening or abusive words likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Fined £75, £20 victim surcharge and £25 costs.
