Denver Finney, 29, of Victoria Close, Gainsborough; driving while using a hand held telephone. Fined £40, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with six points.

Marc Elsom, 30, of Ravendale Road, Gainsborough; driving without an insurance policy or a licence. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with six points.

Andrew Woodcock, 37, of Oak Tree Avenue, Gainsborough; speeding in excess of30 miles an hour. Fined £66, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Scott Longley, 31, of Frampton Terrace, Gainsborough; tyre had cord exposed. Fined £120, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

ALCOHOL

Scott Whitehead, 39, of Ashcroft Road, Gainsborough; drunk and disorderly in a public place and failing to surrender to custody. Discharged for 12 months, fined £40 and £30 victim surcharge.

THEFT

Jason Wragg, 45, of Aisby Walk, Gainsborough; stole laundry goods belonging to Spar and stole goods belonging to B&M Bargains. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, pay £48.41 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ASSAULT

Mark Hatfield, 38, of Lincoln Road, Saxilby. Assaulted a man by beating him and resisted a constable. Restraining order made, fined a total of £1,577, £600 compensation, £83 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Carol Garner, 51, of Linwood Close, Gainsborough; assaulted a man by causing actual bodily harm. Community order made, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
