Lincoln's conference centre, The Showroom, gets five star food hygiene award
YMCA Lincolnshire's world class conference centre, The Showroom, has been awarded a five-star food hygiene rating from an unplanned EHO inspection.
The Showroom Conference Centre provides professional events spaces and facilities for corporate meetings, conferences and seminars.
The catering team’s Joe Boardman has been nominated for Catering Apprentice of the year twice previously, winning the award once, with staff member and former Apprentice Rebecca May winning the award in 2015.
Having retained ‘very good’ food hygiene rating swith the highest possible scores for each individual criteria.
The team were also congratulated on operating a ‘well run kitchen’ by the assessor.
