LETTER: Pavement Parking - it makes my blood boil, time to fine
I use a mobility scooter and regularly have to take my chances on the road because a vehicle of some sort is parked on the pavement.
It makes my blood boil and I believe that person’s parking on the pavement, especially during the daytime, should be fined.
