Lea Village Hall Youth Club help tidy up the area
A group from Lea Village Hall Youth Club have helped clean up the area by picking up litter as part of the National Spring Clean Weekend.
The volunteer run group provides activities for eight to 16-year-olds and they walked from the hall around Lea Woods up to Knaith Village Hall to help make the area look better.
As well as improving the area they have also worked with Gainsborough Heritage Centre, nursing homes and Gainsborough Trinity Foundation.
The group started in August 2016 and is self funded. They are always looking for funding opportunities or donations which can help them continue the work they do.
