THEFT

Jane Turner, 28, of Hardwick Crescent, Worksop. Stole six packs of razor blades, to the value of £120, belonging to Wilkinson’s. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £120 in compensation.

Adam Leach, 34, of HMP Ranby, Retford. Entered a property belonging to Sea Cadets on Quarry Lane, Mansfield as a trespasser and stole electrical items of a value unknown. Committed to prison for 56 days. Must also pay compensation of £500.

Christopher Eyre, 44, of Crown Place, Worksop. Drove a car on a public road, namely Gateford Road, while unfit to drive through drugs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Alice Preston, 25, of Dawber Street, Worksop. Drove a car on a public road, namely Clarence Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 militres of breath. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Irving Dunn, 57, of Red Hill, Kiveton Park. Used a car on a public road, namely the A57, without an insurance policy in place. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fined £660. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £66 victim surcharge.

Mark O’Keefe, 43, of Radford Street, Worksop. Used a car on a public road, namely Larwood Avenue, without an insurance policy in place. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Fined £660. Must also pay £85 court costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

Jason Peacock, 19, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Drove a motorbike on a public road, namely Gateford Road, while disqualified from driving or obtaining a licence. Committed to detention for six months suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs an an £85 victim surcharge.

ASSAULT

Laura Davies, 22, of Burns Road, Worksop. At the Corner House pub, assaulted two women by beating them. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £85 court costs and an £80 victim surcharge. Defendant must also completed a rehabilitation activity requirement.

Laura Denovan, 23, of Osberton View, Worksop. At the Corner House pub, assaulted a woman. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £85 court costs and an £80 victim surcharge. Defendant also ordered to complete a rehabilitation activity requirement.

Joshua Slinger, 18, of Kingsmead, Retford. Assaulted a man. Community order made with attendance centre requirement. Also ordered to pay £100 in compensation along with £85 court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Kingsleigh Law-Fuller, 34, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted three men. Ordered to pay £140 in compensation and £85 in court costs.

Shane Frost, 22, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Assaulted a man by beating him. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £120 in compensation of £120 and £85 court costs.

Steven Ward, 25, of Chatsworth Court, Worksop. Assaulted a woman. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £250 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Paul Hancock, 35, of Rutland Crescent, Harworth. Dishonestly took or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a quad bike, to the value of £1,000. Committed to prison for four weeks.

Joshua Scott, 22, of Forrest Lane, Worksop. Use threatening or abusive words or behaviour towards a person likely to be caused alarm, harassment or distress. Discharged conditionally for six months. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Adrian Mcgee, 48, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Harrassed a woman by sending an excessive amount of text messages to her. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months.Restraining order made. Must pay £200 in compensation.
