THEFT

Nicholas Barnes, 58, of Peel Avenue, Retford, stole diesel of an unknown value belonging to Bloom Plant Hire, East Markham. He was fined £180, and ordered to pay compensation of £4,000 and £85 costs with a £30 surcharge.

Abbey Brooks, 23, of St Annes Drive, Worksop, stole £4,500 belonging to Books UK from a store at Bridge Street, Worksop. A community order was made, and she must carry out 280 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. She was also ordered to pay £85 costs with an £85 surcharge.

Jonathan McGrath, 30, of Kingston Road, Worksop, stole two child doll toys to the value of £19.95 belonging to B&M Bargains in Worksop. A community order was made with curfew requirements for six weeks. He was also ordered to pay an £85 surcharge.

VIOLENCE

Thomas Beswick, 20, of Marlborough Close, Worksop, used threatening or abusive language with intent to cause harm at Victoria Square, Worksop. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £20 surcharge.

Donboni Kasai, 25, of Rampton Hospital, Retford, assaulted Robert Dowson and Clive Morris at Rampton Hospital by beating them. He was ordered to pay compensation totalling £400.

MOTORING

Jessica Jeffrey, 30, of Jubilee Road, Retford, used a motor vehicle on Bridgegate car park, Retford, without a valid policy of insurance. She was fined £660 with costs of £85 and a surcharge of £66. She was also disqualified from driving for six months.

Martin Health, 38, of HM Prison Nottingham, on multiple occasions entered a retail premises in Worksop without reasonable excuse, while prohibited through a criminal behaviour order set at Mansfield Magistrates Court in December 2016. He was committed to 9 weeks in prison concurrent with previous offences, with a £115 surcharge.

DRUGS

Callham Bolton, 24, of Osberton View, Worksop, had in his possession a quantity of class B controlled drug cannabis. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months with £85 and a £20 surcharge.
