Kids raise cash for hospital
KIND-HEARTED youngsters from a methodist have raised money for Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
Children from the Shell Group at Dinnington Methodist Church helped for raise money for those less fortunate than themselves.
The group, for seven to 11-year-olds, raised money during a concert in April which they held and also by running a stall at the recent Dinnington Carnival.
After totting up their total they raised a fantastic £300. Recently they handed over the money to Cheryl Ridge, who visited the church from the Children’s Hospital.
