Keeping it in the family

Susan and Sarah Southern were running in memory of close family friend David Mallaby, and raising money for the Bobby Moore Fund.

The half marathon was Sarah’s first and Susan’s second and they both completed it in two hours and 10 minutes - a personal best for both of them

The ladies are also taking part in the 2012km Gold Challenge and have 1286km - the equivalent of 799 miles left to do.

Their chosen charity for this event is The Alzheimer’s Society.
