Jubilee fever grips Gainsborough - SLIDESHOW
THOUSANDS of folk from in and around Gainsborough came together to fly the flag and celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in style.
Schools, pubs, community groups and even whole streets put up the bunting and let down their hair for some good old-fashioned British fun over to mark Queen Elizabeth’s 60 years on the throne.
Many got into the spirit of the once-in-a-lifetime occasion well in advance, while others made sure that they made the most of the extended Bank Holiday weekend.
