THE Royal Wedding invites may already have been sent out but there is one special invitation yet to be taken up.
Bassetlaw MP John Mann is inviting a couple from Bassetlaw to be a part of the action and spend a morning with him at his Parliamentary offices in London.
The lucky couple will enjoy a champagne breakfast as they overlook the route William and Kate’s glass carriage will take.
Mr Mann said this was an exclusive opportunity to be part of a major historical event and enjoy a “luxurious” view of the proceedings.
“The position of my offices will offer a superb vantage point and bird’s eye view of the wedding,” he said.
“It seems fair and democratic to allow a couple from Bassetlaw to be at the heart of it without having to camp out the night before.”
All you have to do to be with a chance of winning this unique invitation is write to us explaining in 150 words how you met and married and why you would like to be part of this year’s Royal Wedding.
The lucky couple will have to make their own way to London for 9am but can expect to be treated in style by Mr Mann at the champagne breakast.
