International Space Station should be visible from Nottinghamshire skies tonight
The International Space Station (ISS) will glide across Nottinghamshire’s night skies tonight and hopefully the sky will be clear enough to see it.
The station is back over UK skies with some evening passes during April and tonight it will approach from the west at 9.34pm, reaching its highest point overhead at 9.37pm.
The ISS is the largest Space Station/ laboratory ever built and it can be spotted with the naked eye at certain times as it orbits Earth at 17500mph at an altitude of roughly 200 miles.
