How to report a pothole to council
Rotherham Council is responsible for maintaining the highway network, which includes all adopted roads, footways and verges.
Streetpride has a team of area co-ordinators who carry out inspections of defects that are reported by the public.
Potholes and other road maintenance issues can be reported to the council’s Streetpride team by emailing [email protected] or calling 01709 336003 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
Requests can also be made in person at local customer service centres, or by writing to Streetpride at Riverside House, Main Street, S60 1AE.
