How do you like your fish and chips?

It looks like gourmands from the East Midlands will celebrate National National Fish and Chip day today (Friday) by slathering their supper in mayonnaise.

However, though it may be Britain’s national dish, it does seem that we aren’t quite as united in how we actually eat the humble fish supper.
