FOOD, privacy and dignity have all been rated ‘good’ by patients at John Coupland Hospital in Gainsborough. Its environment was judged ‘acceptable’.
Joy Wood, interim ward manager on Scotter Ward said patients’ comfort was as important as their clinical care, and that listening to them was ‘vital’ so staff could evaluate and improve the care they give.
