Homestart family fun

FAMILIES across Gainsborough came together for two days of fun, games and activities.

As part of Gainsborough Town Council’s summer programme for youngsters, families descended upon Marshall’s sports ground and Richmond Park for two special Homestart events.

Hundreds went along as Homestart held a variety of activities including badge making, face painting, kids’ entertainment, arts and crafts and much more – and it was all for free.

“It was non-stop fun and everybody loved it – especially the little ones,” said Gainsborough Town Council activities officer Holly Parker.
