WORKSOP’S half marathon might be six months away, but one personal trainer is encouraging runners to start their preparations today.

Andrew Scott, 23, is offering to assist runners of all abilities and ages a detailed 12-week workout to suit each individual.

The online training programme includes a full nutritional plan and guidelines, advice on weightloss, detoxing and regular interaction with Andrew.

Runners will also benefit from fortnightly runs led by Andrew, as well as motivational web-based seminars.

“For those who need a jump-start into running its perfect,” he said. “It’s for those that run and want to know more about nutrition for runners, and those that need motivation and guidance to help train for the half marathon that might not know how far they should be running or how often.”
