Officers visited the addresses early this morning and carried out searches relating to drug offences.

A 31-year-old Grantham man has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs and is currently in police custody where he will be interviewed by officers in due course.

Neighbourhood Inspector Adrian Wootton said: “We have executed warrants at two addresses on the Earlesfield estate as part of a long-running investigation into drugs offences in the area.

“We have one man in custody at this moment in time and so I cannot comment on the specifics of this investigation but hope this gives the community in the area and the wider public some reassurance that these types of offences are a priority for Lincolnshire Police and we will do everything in our power to act swiftly and effectively on intelligence that suggests any criminal activity might be taking place.”
