Jake Anthony Lewis Rutherford, 20, of Sunningdale Way, Gainbsorough. Failed to identify relating to the identifcation of a driver of a vehicle. Fined £600, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months and licence endorsed with six points.

ALCOHOL

Tracey Douce, 42, of Station Road, Gainsborough. Drunk and disorderly in a public place. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

THEFT

Tony Lee Young, 32, of Frampton Terrace, Gainbsorough. Stole two legs of lamb worth £28. Ordered to pay £28 compensation.

Carl Peter Jackson, 31, of Far Wharf, Lincoln. Stole meat and alcohol to the value of £35.26. Committed to prison for 16 weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ASSAULT

Ashley James Rasen, 28, of Laughton Way, Lincoln. Assault by beating. Community order made with 54 hours’ unpaid work to be carried out over the next 12 months, restraining order made and £60 victim surcharge.

OTHER

Jessica Barnett, 26, of Fillingham Close, Gainsborough. Failed to notify West Lindsey District Council of a change of circumstances. Fined £70 and £20 victim surcharge.

Jamie Donaldon, 39, of Winthorpe Road, Lincoln. Failed to notify Lincoln Council of a change of circumstances. Discharged conditionally for 24 months, £15 victim surchege and £120 costs.

Michael Gary Burley, 30, of NFA. Used threatening or abusive language and disorderly behaviour. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and detained in the courthouse.
