Abderhamane El Bounouhi, 31, of Sincil Bank, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle exceeding 30 miles an hour. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Jack Adrian Stokes, 19, of Scott Gardens, Lincoln. Drove a vehicle while using a mobile phone. Fined £60, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

ASSAULT

Paul James Walsh, 28, of Theaker Avenue, Gainsborough. Assault. Community order made for 12 months, fined £115, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Scott Michael Jordan, 22, of Bridge Street, Gainsborough. Assault. Fined £70, £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ALCOHOL

David Cross, 38, of Morton Terrace, Gainsborough. Drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £65, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

THEFT

Beverly Newton, 40, of Victoria Close, Gainsborough. Stole four bottles of Lenor fabric conditioner to the value of £11.96. Pay £11.96 compensation and £15 victim surcharge.

OTHER

Carl Michael Dawson, 27, of Woodland Avenue, Gainsborough. Failed to comply with notification reuirements. Community order made for six months, £20 victim surcharge and £85costs.
