Gainsborough: Man failed to take breath test
A Gainsborough man has been banned from driving for 28 months ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months after he failed to give a breath test and driving while disqualified.
Shaun Kenny, 27, of Meldrum Drive, Gainsborough, was also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
