Dean Mark Smith, 18, of Lea Road, Gainsborough. Stole a tumble dryer on 27th March, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods between 25th February and 27th April, used abusive or insulting words or behaviour on 29th April. Community order for 12 months with 60 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge.

MOTORING

Wendy Louise Atterbury, 41, of Lead Road, Gainsborough. On 25th April drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising her to drive a vehicle of that class. Case proven in absence. Fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20, three points on licence.

Surhdeep Atwal, 35, of The Rookery, Scotter. Speeding over 30mph on 15th December, failed to give details of who was driving on 17th January. Case proven in absence. Fined £350, costs £100, victim surcharge £35, six points on licence.

Remigijus Antuchas, 44, of Bushfield Road, Scunthorpe. Speeding over 30mph at Marton on 5th March. Fined £415, costs £85, victim surcharge £41, six points on licence.

Josiah Morris Johnson, 47, of Cromwell Street, Gainsborough. Speeding over 30mph on 25th February. Case proven in absence. Fined £400, costs £85, victim surcharge £40, six points on licence.

OTHER

Luke Paul Addy Asquith, 24, of North Parade, Gainsborough. Application to revoke a community order and resentence for an offence of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on 2nd February. Community order with one month electronically monitored curfew from 8pm to 6am daily.

Lee John Pitchford, 23, of Burton Street, Gainsborough. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Community order varied with the thinking skills programme requirement removed.
