Sophie Brittain, 22, of Victoria Close, Gainsborough. Failed to give identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £150, disqualified from driving for six months, £50 costs, £20 victim surcharge.

Thomas Armstrong, of Beaufort Street, Gainsborough. Failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to another person who was not vehicle trader. Fined £55, costs £20.

Rowland William Clarke Spooner, 51, of Riseholme Road, Gainsborough. Assaulted Yvonne Spooner on 27th September. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, costs £25, victim surcharge £15.

THEFT

Gary Paul King, 32, of Rosewood Close, Lincoln. Jointly with another person, stole three pairs of headphones to the value of £109.99 from Staples on 6th July, commission of a further offence while the subject of a conditional discharge. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 15 months, fined £80, compensation £55, costs £60, victim surcharge £20.
