Jason Nicholas David Akrill, 25, of Bowling Green Road, Gainsborough. Possession os cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B, on 7th October. Fined £75, victim surcharge £20, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed by police.

MOTORING

Kenneth George Humphreys, 56, of Anderson Road, Hemswell Cliff. Drink driving, driving without insurance and failing to stop after an accident on the A631 on 11th October. Conditional discharge for two years, banned from driving for 24 months, victim surcharge £15.

Steven Brady, 51, of Padmoor Lane, Upton. Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on 1st March. Six penalty points, fined £600, costs £85, victim surcharge £60, no costs awarded.

Nigel Barry Wykes, 35, of Gravel Pit Road, Scotter. Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on 1st March. Six penalty points, fined £600, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.

OTHER

Chloe Miecha Parker, 22, Gas House Lane, Owston Ferry. Damaged windows to an unknown value on 12th June at Gainsborough. Compensation £220.64, no costs awarded.

Jonathan Guilliatt, 26, of Lea Court, Gainsborough. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made in April by failing to turn up for unpaid work on three occasions. Current community order to continue with 15 extra hours added for the breach, costs £35.

Christopher Lee Thew, 23, Park Springs Road, Gainsborough. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made in September by failing to turn up for unpaid work on five occasions. Current order to continue with an 10 extra hours added for the breach, costs £45.
