Mark Allen, 32, Eden Crescent, Chatteris. Stole a bag and content at Market Place in Gainsborough on 19th August. Conditional discharge for six months, compensations £120, costs £50.

James Jason Mulholland, 41, of Ashcroft Road, Gainsborough. Stole a candle holder to the value of £4 from Wilkinson in Gainsborough on 24th September; Stole three photo frames to the value of £66 from Laura Ashley in Gainsborough on 24th September; Four other offences admitted and taken into consideration. Fined £83 for each theft offence, costs £25, victim surcharge £20.

MOTORING

Jason Peter Clarke, St John’s Terrace, Gainsborough. Speeding above 30 mph on 23rd April at Marton. Three points on licence, fined £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

Mandy Gray, 47, of Burton Street, Gainsborough. Driving without a licence or insurance on 18th May at Gainsborough. Six penalty points on licence, fined £110, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

John Mclean, 62, Riseholme Road, Gainsborough. Speeding above 30mph on 1st May at Marton. Three penalty points on licence, fined £35, victim surcharge £20.

OTHER

Tanya Elmore, 43, of Garfield Street, Gainsborough. Was the owner of a dog that was dangerously out of control in a public place and injured someone on 26th July. and 10th September. Unless the dog is kept under control with a lead and muzzle in public it will be destroyed, compensation of £250 and £50, costs of £85 for each offence.

Alexander Louise Hayward, Trinity Street, Gainsborough. Breached the terms of a supervision order and used threatening or insulting words or behaviour towards another person on 8th November. Fined £50 for each offence, costs £40, victim surcharge £20.
