Officers have received four reports in Stickney, Lincoln, Saxilby, and Gainsborough between late July last year and January this year that an individual in a car had stopped members of the public and asked for assistance.

In particular they asked if there were toilet facilities nearby and if the person they had stopped could assist them with urinating. It is possible a wheelchair may have been in the back of the vehicle and that the individual in question may have mobility issues.

Police have been unable to ascertain a clear description of the person or vehicle involved.

Lincs Police are keen to trace this person because they may need help or support from relevant agencies.

If you have been approached by anyone with a request similar to that detailed above, please contact Lincs Police on 101 quoting incident 111 of 1st April 2015.
