Thomas Hughes, 50, of Willoughby Chase, Gainsborough, appeared before Lincolnshire Magistrates Court on Friday 14th March.
He was ordered to pay a £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service,
