Gainsborough enjoys Indian Summer

GLORIOUS sunshine at this time of year is unusual in Gainsborough - but that hasn’t stopped everyone enjoying the weather.

The unseasonal hot weather has forced many residents back into shorts and t-shirts as the temperatures soar.

Today (Thursday 29th September) has seen temperatures reach 26°C.

The scorching sunshine is set to continue as Friday will see a high of 27°C and then 26°C on Saturday before cooling down to 21°C on Sunday.
