Gainsborough: Drink driver is banned for 12 months
A Gainsborough man has been disqualified from driving for 12 months after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol.
Danill Carter, 42, of Pingle Close, Gainsborough, was also fined £225, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £150 criminal courts charge.
Carter had 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
