Gainsborough: Building projects have been shortlisted in East Midlands Local Authority Building Control Building Excellence Awards 2015

A total of 16 building projects in West Lindsey have been shortlisted in the East Midlands Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards 2015 including Foxby Chase in Gainsborough for best high volume new housing development.

West Lindsey District Council’s senior building control surveyor, Trevor Durant, said: “We’re proud to be able to shout about our successes and the projects we’ve been involved with over the past year.”

“This is the first time we have put forward projects for the awards and we will be there on the night to support our partners.”

The awards will take place on Friday 3rd July at the East Midlands Conference Centre.
