Gainsborough: Annual bonfire and fireworks event at Lea Park

Gainsborough Rotary Club is once again organising the vent on Saturday 2nd November.

In addition to the huge bonfire and fireworks display, refreshments including hog roast, burgers and hot drinks will be available.

Gates open at 6pm, with the bonfire lighting ceremony starting at 6.30pm. The fireworks are due to begin at 7pm.

Tickets are £5 for adults and children over 13. Youngsters under 13 are £3. All proceeds raised at the event will go to the Rotary Club for distribution to local charities.

Organisers stress that alcohol, sparklers and unofficial fireworks are forbidden.

The event sponsors are Gainsborough Rotary Club, Caspian Hire Co, Lindum Construction, GB Scaffolding, North End Garage, Aegir Electrics and Gainsborough ATC.
