Gainsborough: A drink driver has been banned for three years

Jamie Smith, 28, of Woodland Avenue, Gainsborough, was also given a community order, fined £110, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Smith was caught driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath over the prescribed limit.
