Further arrest made after Worksop shooting

The man was arrested in Sheffield on suspicion of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

A police spokesman said: "Officers have made a further arrest in connection with a shooting in Worksop.

"He remains in police custody."

Officers from Nottinghamshire Police were called to the address in Cheapside at around 10pm on March 25, to a report of a firearm being discharged.

A man had suffered a gunshot wound to his leg.

Two men were previously arrested in connection with the incident.
