This offer is to celebrate Subway’s major new refurbishment of the store on Bridge Place in the town.

Simply cut out the voucher on this page and take it to the store between Friday 5th June and Sunday 7th June 2015.

A Subway spokesman said: “This is to compensate all our loyal customers who were unable to visit us during these works. It is also an opportunity for new customers to come along, have a free cookie and see our newly refurbished store.”

Guardian readers will be able to choose from a variety of cookies, including chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, white chocolate macadamian and rainbow. All cookies are baked fresh on the day as are all ingredients along with breads.

“With such a variety to choose from, there’s truly something for every taste,” a spokesman added.

Subway also offer a low fat range of subs and flatbreads containing less than 3g of fat per 100g

A range of tasty salad items can be added at no additional cost - helping you to get one of your recommended five-a-day.

Subway have reduced salt across their product range by an average of 48 per cent and are making further reductions

Subway open every morning at 7am (10am on Sun) and serve breakfast until 11am daily.
