Former Bassetlaw Hospital midwife struck off

A midwife who tried to cover up a blunder which led to a new mother breast feeding another woman’s baby at a Worksop hospital has been struck off.

Jill Ashmore tried to persuade a student to keep quiet about the mistake after an inquiry began at the Bassetlaw Hospital.
