A state-of-the-art 150,000 sq ft logistics building at Symmetry Park is ready for business. It has the potential to expand up to 250,000 sq ft if necessary, and is available for immediate occupation.

The building represents lift-off at the 54-acre site for db symmetry, one of the UK’s biggest developers of prime logistics accommodation with almost 4,000 acres of land in its portfolio.

The company, which has offices in Northampton and Manchester, is developing the site in response to a strong demand for high-quality logistics space in the north.

Director Andrew Dickman said: “This building has been designed with great flexibility. Coupled with full infrastructure work at the site, we are now able to react quickly to market requirements.

“We are also poised to deliver quickly additional bespoke manufacturing or distribution space up to 550,000 sq ft.”

db symmetry has planning consent for, and is committed to, delivering up to 721,000 sq ft of logistics space at Symmetry Park, which sits in a prime spot, close to junction 34 of the A1, next to Blyth Services and within easy reach of Doncaster Sheffield Airport.
