AN irresponsible motorist, who was caught driving without fully operational stop lamps on the A57 near Worksop, has been fined £300.

Simon Hancock, 28, from Kingfisher Drive, Barnsley, was followed by police on 20th February before they noticed defects with his car, Worksop magistrates heard.
