Figures reveal dangers of crossing rail tracks
There were 13 near misses between trespassers and trains in South Yorkshire in the last year, new figures show.
Network Rail released the figures to show the dangers of taking shortcuts across rail tracks.
Nationally, from 1st April 2011 to 29th February 2012, there were 425 recorded near misses.
