Festive fair in aid of Alzheimer’s

The annual fair in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society at the Costhorpe Centre on Northumberland Avenue is extra special this year.

It is the last event to be organised by Ray Dernie, who has been fundraiser for the charity inn Bassetlaw for seven years.

Make sure you go along to wish him well and contribute to this worthy cause.

Stalls will be selling all sorts of wintery wares, perfect for Christmas gifts.

You can pick up cakes, cards, jewellery and refresh yourself with tea and coffee and mince pies.

There will also be a tombola.
