Drunk mancaught short on camera

A WORKSOP man was arrested after urinating in the street, a court heard.

Byron Stuart Padgett, 24, of Gateford Road, was asked to leave the town centre by police because of his behaviour at 7pm on 18th November.

He was then seen on CCTV at 11.30pm urinating in the street. When he was arrested, officers found he had cocaine in his possession.

Padgett admitted failing to comply with a dispersal order, urinating in public and possessing a class A drug at Worksop Magistrates Court on Monday.

Already the subject of a community order for a previous offence, magistrates ordered him to complete a further 40 hours unpaid work and pay £85 costs.
