Driver caught with no insurance or policy
A Gainsborough has been fined after he was caught driving without an insurance policy or a driving licence.
Levi Locking, 22, of Burns Street, Gainsborough, has been fined a total of £266 for both offences, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
His driving licence was also endorsed with six points.
