Mathew Percival, 27, of Albany Street, Gainsborough, had 104 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
He was also ordered to pay a £120 fine and £30 victim surcharge.
Drink driver is banned for more than two years
A Gainsborough man has been banned from driving for 26 months after being caught driving under the influence of alcohol.
