The rain did not dampen the mood as people of all ages joined in the fun and games on Saturday 7th June.

This year the parade started at the Dinnington Resource Centre at 11:30am and made its way along Laughton Road before turning onto Leopold Street. It then turned left onto Lordens Hill and then right onto Lodge Lane before finally finishing on the Dinnington Welfare Field.

The Dinnington Carnival Committe wrote on Facebook: “We would like to thank everyone that turned out today attending the Dinnington Carnival 2014... Despite the weather being ‘wet’ a good show of public support was received. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts after this event being nearly a year in planning and we look forward to seeing you all there again next year.”
